Dosing

• Administered intranasally
• 0.5 ml dose (0.25 ml into each nostril)
• No need to repeat dose if recipient sneezes after dose
• For children 5- <9 years old who have never received LAIV nor TIV influenza vaccine or who only received a single dose in their first vaccination year, a second dose should be given 6-10 weeks after first dose.
