About MeisterMed

MeisterMed, originally founded in March 2001 as FPPalm.com, develops and distributes medical references for handheld computers including Palm OS and PocketPC PDA's.  To date, MeisterMed has maintained most of its clinical references as freeware as a service to the medical community.  The coding/administrative references produced by MeisterMed are sold to support our work.

MeisterMed was founded by and is managed by Andrew Schechtman, M.D., a board-certified family physician based in San Jose, California and on the faculty of the San Jose - O'Connor Family Medicine Residency Program.
