Includes detailed tables to help guide choice of empiric antibiotics for treatment of outpatient and inpatient diagnoses.  Recommendations for treatment of outpatient conditions cover diagnoses ranging from cat bites to STD's to herpes zoster.  Inpatient diagnosis include topics ranging from endocarditis to peritonitis to pneumonia.  Also includes details on adjusted dosing for renal impairment.  Guidelines for aminoglycoside and vancomycin dosing and monitoring are included.  Excellent use of bookmarks and hyperlinks makes navigation easy.  The formatting of content in wide tables sometimes makes them difficult to read on a PDA screen.  Check it out!
