The Foot Book is a very well-referenced and well-organized summary of podiatric medicine.  It includes content that will be valuable to the non-podiatrist as well including a good summary of Morton's neuroma, the lower extremity physical exam, and many other topics.  There are a lot of details on operative procedures that will be useful to those doing surgery on the foot but not to everyone else.  There are a couple of places that seem incomplete (ie. the Vasculature link ends in a dead end).  Definitely one to check out and an excellent addition to the ranks of free medical references for the PDA.
