age and normal value tables for pediatric vital signs and
hematocrit. Recommendations for caudal anesthesia and
pediatric drug dosing. Sizing guides for LMA,
endotracheal tubes, and laryngoscope blades based on
age/weight. Fluid and blood replacement basics also
included. All in all, these are some valuable tidbits
of information. Please note that this reference is no
