ICDMeister is an electronic reference containing all 15,000 of the 2011 ICD-9-CM diagnosis codes.  It has been organized to make finding the ICD-9 code you want fast and easy.  Use whichever of the four different approaches for finding codes that you find easiest: the "most common diagnoses" lists, the abbreviations and shortcuts index, searching, or browsing.  There's a great video tutorial showing how ICDMeister works available here.  Trial version includes masked codes which make about 30% of the codes unreadable.
