TheMeister Says: A quick reference version of the ACCP's report of Evidence-Based Guidelines for Weaning and Discontinuing Ventilatory Support published in a 2001 Chest supplement (#120).  Includes useful recommendations on ventilator weaning including criteria for weaning, indications for trials of spontaneous breathing, and indications for tracheostomy.  Bookmarks are labelled as Recommendation #1, Recommendation #2, etc. which makes it a little less easy to use than some of the other ACCP PDA references.
