A quick reference version of the ACCP's evidence-based guidelines published in a 2003 Chest supplement (#123).  Includes recommendations on management of the solitary pulmonary nodule, initial evaluation of the patient with suspected lung cancer, steps to confirming diagnosis, staging, treatment recommendations, and follow-up after treatment, and palliative care for terminal lung cancer.  Well-organized with bookmarks and a hyperlinked table of contents.  Definitely worth the space on your PDA.
