Step Two: Create a Table of Contents
Insert some blank space near the top of your document.
On the toolbar, click on Insert then Hyperlink to bring up the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.
Here you'll see a screen with all of the bookmarks and headings that you formatted throughout your document in Step One.
Click on one to choose it then click OK and you'll see you have inserted a hyperlink (usually blue) into your document.
Repeat this step with each of the other subject headings.
