Confirm a payable code
If when ordering a lab test you've already
chosen an appropriate ICD-9 diagnosis code, connfirm
that the code is payable by checking with NCDMeister. In many cases, one code will be payable
according to the NCD rules where another nearly identical code will "not
demonstrate medical necessity."
